License Information
Navigation: Information > License Information
The License Information page lists all open source software components included in the device firmware. It provides the component name, version number, and applicable license for each software package. This information is provided in compliance with the license obligations of the open source software used.

Introductory notice
The top section of the page contains a legal notice explaining that the product includes software based on open source licenses. It states that the source code for these components, including any modifications made by ADS-TEC, is available upon request as required by the respective license terms. The notice also provides the postal address where source code requests can be directed.
Component table
The table lists every open source software component shipped with the device firmware:
- Component
- The name of the open source software package (e.g., busybox, openssl, linux).
- Version
- The version number of the component as included in the current firmware build.
- License
- The open source license under which the component is distributed (e.g., GPL-2.0, LGPL-2.1, MIT, BSD-2-Clause, Apache-2.0). Some components are released under multiple licenses, which are listed separated by spaces.
The list includes system-level components (such as the Linux kernel, glibc, and busybox), networking libraries (such as openssl and libcurl), and application-level packages. The specific components and versions vary depending on the installed firmware version.
Note
This page is read-only and serves as a reference for license compliance purposes. The information updates automatically when a new firmware version is installed via the Software update page.
